Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation

After placing an order on Pro Tree Supplies (protreesupplies.com), you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order and pre-authorized your credit card. We will then check with our suppliers for product availability. If an item is backordered or unavailable, we will cancel the pre-authorization and notify you via email. If the item is available, your payment will be processed, and the order will be prepared for shipment within 3 business days.

Order Shipment & Delivery Times

Our handling time is 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday), which means we prepare your order for shipment within this period. If your order is placed before 5pm Mountain Standard Time (Monday to Friday), handling time starts from the same day. If your order is placed after 5pm Mountain Standard Time, handling time will start from the next business day.

Transit Time: Once your order is shipped, the transit time is 5-7 business days, depending on your location.

Total Delivery Time: The total estimated delivery time for your order is 6-10 business days. This includes 1-3 business days for handling and 5-7 business days for transit.

Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 5pm Mountain Standard Time (Monday to Friday) will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff time will begin processing the next business day.

You will receive tracking information via email within 24 hours of your order being shipped. To track your order, use the link provided in the email or log into your account on our website. If you do not receive tracking details within six business days, please contact us at support@protreesupplies.com for assistance.

International Shipping

We currently only ship to the United States. For potential future international orders, please contact our support team for shipping estimates.

Address Changes

Once an order is processed or shipped, address changes may result in delays and additional fees from freight carriers, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping Estimates and Responsibility

Shipping times provided are estimates and not guaranteed. We work to ensure timely delivery, but in case of delays, customers who choose to cancel the order will be responsible for all related shipping and storage costs. Filing a chargeback due to shipping delays will be treated as theft and may result in legal action.

Missing or Damaged Items

If your order arrives with missing or damaged items, please notify us immediately at support@protreesupplies.com with photos of the package and items received. We will send you a return label, and you can send the item(s) back to us for free. Once we receive the item(s), we will send you a replacement at no additional cost. Please note that any claims for missing items must be submitted within 5 days of receiving your order.
