Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed on Pro Tree Supplies website (protreesupplies.com), you'll receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that your order has been received in our system and your credit card has been pre-authorized for the purchase. We will then contact our suppliers to ensure the product is available for shipment. If the item is backordered or unavailable, we will cancel the pre-authorization and notify you via email. If your item is in stock and ready to ship (within 5 business days), we'll process the payment and submit the order for shipping.
Order Shipment
For in-stock items, once the payment is processed, your order will ship within five business days. You will receive tracking information within 24 hours of the shipment being dispatched, sent to the email address used at checkout. If you don’t receive tracking details within six business days, please reach out to us at support@protreesupplies.com.
Shipping Outside the USA
We generally do not ship outside of the United States. However, some exceptions apply. If our website allows you to complete checkout with a non-US shipping address, your order will be fulfilled. Certain products are available for shipping to Canada.
Shipping Restrictions
We offer shipping across the entire United States, except for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Orders placed from these regions will not be fulfilled.
Address Changes
If your order has already been processed or shipped, we will do our best to update the address if requested. Please note, address changes may result in shipping delays. Any additional fees charged by our freight carriers due to the address change will be the responsibility of the customer. No exceptions.
Shipping Timeframes
All shipping times provided are estimates and not guaranteed. We work diligently with our vendors to ship orders as quickly as possible. However, if a customer chooses to cancel an order due to a delayed delivery, they will be responsible for all related shipping costs, storage fees, and any other applicable charges. Filing a chargeback for shipping delays will be treated as theft and may result in criminal liability. No exceptions.
Shipping Options
We offer complimentary "Curb-side Pickup" shipping for all orders. This option typically takes between 5 to 15 days for delivery after your order is placed. We also offer additional delivery options for your convenience:
- Threshold Shipping: The item is delivered to your porch or garage, or another sheltered area.
- White Glove Delivery: The item is brought into your desired room, includes minor assembly, and packaging materials are removed from your home.
